Scanpoint is a Great Place To Work®

After having successfully completed the certification process, this fully owned subisidary by Österreichische Post can now officially call itself a Great Place To Work®.
To receive this internationally recognised certification, companies must go through a comprehen-sive certification process. Among others, a Trust Index® employee survey is required along with a so-called Culture Brief®.

To be eligible for the certification, a determined participation percentage as well as overall positive answers to the questions are required. The survey is designed to document the company’s working culture and will serve as the basis for its evolvement. Parameters are taken into account include teamwork, trust, and employees’ pride in their own position and in their employer.

This certification is testimony to the positive development Scanpoint has seen in recent years.
