Use the Austrian Post collection service to have parcels picked up from the comfort of your home

Österreichische Post will now collect your parcels after previous order. Ordering this service is easy, inexpensive, and convenient. Your return items and items franked with parcel stamps will be picked up on the following business day.

Use our collection service to have up to five franked parcels picked up from your home. If you are not personally present, we will also be happy to pick them up from a save spot of your choice.

Easy steps Benefits
  1. Click on Order collection service.
  2. Please provide the desired collection address. As a registered user, you can conveniently choose between your main and secondary residence saved in the system.
  3. The estimated time frame for collection at your address will be displayed.
  4. Your choice: you can either give us your parcels personally or you can leave them at a save spot of your choice at the collection address for us to pick them up.
  5. At the checkout, you can choose from our many different payment options.
  6. We will provide reliable collection service for your franked parcels on the following business day.
     

 

Rates

For a flat fee of EUR 3.40, you can have up to five parcels picked up.

Important information

Collection service orders must be placed on the previous day by 11:59 p.m. for the following day (e.g., on Monday for Tuesday). Our collection service is available Monday through Friday and on business days only. Collection service orders can currently not be changed or cancelled.
