Have items conveniently dropped of in your letterbox and at the spot of your choice

Do you want to receive your items even when you are not at home? Then set this up right away in your Post Account under the delivery options. Our delivery staff will place registered letters, small parcels and Post Express items in your letterbox*.

To allow us to drop off your large parcels, please let us know an adequate and safe spot of your choice in your building where we can leave your item. This way, your item will be where it suits you best!

Note: If you would like to receive your shipment at a different location at short notice, you can change this directly in My items or in the Post App.
