Would you like to receive your company mail easily and without hassle? No problem! In your Austrian Post Account, you can change the receiving option for free, have mail dropped off at a preferred spot or in the letterbox, ensuring your mail is always delivered, even when you're not there.

Easy steps Benefits

Click on "Set now".
Log into your identity-verified Austrian Post account.
If you have saved several addresses in your Austrian Post account, you can choose between these addresses.
Click on "Change receiving option".
Click on "Allow item drop-off".
Indicate when you would like this change to take effect. Please note that any new settings will become effective within a maximum of 3 business days.
You can view and change your permanent receiving option at any time by going to My services.

Receive items where and when you want, even if you are not home.
Set up once for all your items free of charge to receive items as needed.
If you need a different receiving option on short notice, you can always change the receiving option by going to My items or to the Austrian Post app.
