Tool for hybrid letter with advice of receipt

Österreichische Post AG has teamed up with the Post Business Solutions to offer the new hybrid letter with advice of receipt as an inexpensive and swift delivery option for official RSa and RSb items.

Instead of delivering the paper delivery confirmation as previously, it will be sent to the authority electronically.

Use our new client for hybrid letters with advice of receipt to conveniently send such letters online. This allows all public authorities to use this inexpensive option for letters with advice of receipt.

Österreichische Post takes care of creating the cover letter, generating the bar code, sending prenotification data as well as of all other processes such as printing, envelope stuffing, and delivery.

The delivery status in question (delivered, handed out, deposited, delivery obstruction and not collected) will be shown in the transaction portal. Cover letter and delivery confirmation can be accessed as needed.

As an option, the delivery register can be accessed and an official signature can be added. This covers all e-government requirements.

All you have to do is download the tool for our hybrid letter with advice of receipt and install it.
To request the registration key, just e-mail the signed contract to hybrid.rueckscheinbrief@post.at.
