At the Austrian Sustainability Reporting Award (ASRA) – the award for the best Austrian sustainability reports – Austrian Post placed second in the ATX-Prime category in 2023. The ASRA recognises Austrian companies that exemplify the demand to provide inform comprehensive, clear, and transparent information about their sustainability performances.
The new service for the use of reusable packaging in e-commerce "Post Loop" has received numerous awards. The ICEBERG Innovation Leadership Award 2023 was presented by the Austrian Innovation Forum (AIF). Austrian Post was able to prevail in the categories of degree of innovation, innovation culture, potential, and sustainability through its use in "Post Loop" and was pleased to receive the award. A particular honour was also the award of the Grand Sustainability Prize 2023, which is given annually by the BVL Federal Logistics Association in cooperation with the international weekly newspaper "Verkehr". The award winner was chosen by a panel of experts as well as a public vote, in which "Post Loop" was able to score with its outstanding performance in the area of sustainability.
In April, Deloitte Austria, together with Börse Express and the CFO Club Austria, awarded the 16th CEO & CFO Awards to the best executives of domestic public companies. Board members Georg Pölzl and Walter Oblin were the winners of the special category ESG 2023.
The newly created IV Diversity Award aims to recognise the commitment of model companies in the industry in the area of diversity. The award was given for the first time in November 2023, with Austrian Post being honoured in the category of inclusion of people with disabilities.
According to a study conducted by the Institute for Management and Economic Research, Austrian Post once again ranks among the popular employers in Austria. This makes Austrian Post one of the few companies to have achieved the "Popular Employer" seal of approval for four consecutive years.
An outstanding employer! For the "Leading Employer" award, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation annually determines which companies rank among the best employers. This award acknowledges companies that not only excel in specific areas but holistically achieve above-average results across a broad spectrum.
As part of the "Best Employer Austria 2024" study, Austrian Post was once again recognized as a top employer by the MARKET Institute. The MARKET Institute regularly conducts surveys on the attractiveness of employers in Austria. We particularly excelled in the areas of relevance and sustainability, as well as job security and future readiness. Austrian Post also achieved especially positive results in the field of apprenticeship training.
For the third consecutive time, Austrian Post has been awarded the "TOP Training Company 2024/25" quality seal by the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) and the Kronen Zeitung. The award "Austria's Best" – for companies that excel through innovation, sustainable commitment, and an outstanding reputation as an employer – was bestowed upon Austrian Post by the daily newspaper "Kurier".
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Austrian Post was honoured by the jury of the "CIO of the Year" as the winner of the first-ever Diversity Award.
