In this 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the telecommunications sector in one of our branches. You will become an expert in Austrian Post products, enabling you to always offer the optimal solution for our customers.
In this 3-year apprenticeship, you will familiarise yourself with the processes and products in one of our branches. You will become an expert in postal services and sales, enabling you to always offer the best solution for our customers.
You will gain insight into various departments and take on different administrative, organisational, and office tasks.

In a 3-year apprenticeship as a real estate agent, you will fulfil important tasks at Austrian Post. You will gain insights into different areas of Group Real Estate and take on various office, administrative and organisational tasks.

In this 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn all activities and tasks related to the receipt, processing, and delivery of letters and parcels.

Additionally, you can also transition to other areas within the company.
In this 4-year apprenticeship with Austrian Post, you will equip our employees with IT devices and ensure they function smoothly. During your apprenticeship, you will visit many locations and meet numerous employees by setting up devices on-site and resolving issues directly. Additionally, you will be offered ongoing training in various IT subjects and preparation courses for the final apprenticeship exam.
Setting up, synchronising, and commissioning laptops, computers, printers, and scanners
Informing, supporting, and training users as needed
Commissioning new network components
Designing and planning data storage systems, including cloud services
Testing data storage systems, including backup solutions
Analysing security risks and subsequently planning security measures
Good knowledge of German and spelling
Solid basic knowledge in mathematics and IT

During this 3-year apprenticeship in one of the most modern logistics centers in Austria, you will gain a basic understanding of the value chain and the overall flow of goods. You will spend part of your day in direct contact with our customers and suppliers when receiving and issuing goods.

The Apprentice-Academy is a key component of our training for around 250 apprentices in seven different trades across Austria. We support our young employees through a range of seminars and events specifically tailored to their needs during their apprenticeship. It is particularly important to us to connect our apprentices and show them prospects for the time after their apprenticeship. By participating in the Apprentice Academy, we also enhance the quality of the training and position ourselves as an attractive employer for apprentices. For each training year and each trade, we offer general or specially designed training sessions, which take place between September and June. This ensures that our apprentices are optimally prepared for the demands of working life and are well equipped even after their apprenticeship.

We reward good performance with bonuses. Our apprenticeship centre regularly comes up with attractive rewards for particularly successful final apprenticeship examinations. Regardless of this, if you are willing to stay with the company for at least 2 years after your apprenticeship, we will pay for your driver's license (Class B).
