During your apprenticeship, you will visit many locations and meet numerous employees by setting up devices on-site and resolving issues directly. Additionally, you will be offered ongoing training in various IT subjects and preparation courses for the final apprenticeship exam.

• Setting up, synchronising, and commissioning laptops, computers, printers, and scanners
