10-month traineeship, 10 months of #makingthingshappen

One case in point is our ten-month trainee programme that includes extensive training both on and off the job.

 

What to expect from the traineeship:  

  • Duration: 10 months, next start from 1st of September 2025
  • Salary: master’s degree 3,050 euros gross & bachelor’s degree 2,880 euros gross
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Rotation: at least 2 rotations of 3 weeks each
  • Seminars, teambuilding, and a social project
  • Practical week: branch, Austrian Post customer service, letter mail and parcel delivery, logistics centre
  • Work on projects in specialised departments

  • Project management e-learning
  • Elective modules: project manager, communication expert, business analyst
  • Project management and self-leadership & personality development
     

In the spirit of #makingthingshappen, you will network with your fellow trainees, our national and international subsidiaries, and have the opportunity to interact with our three board members. 

  • Teambuilding and periodic meetings with fellow trainees
  • Interaction with all three board members
  • Interaction with department heads
  • Getting to know cash and system logistics
  • Trip abroad to Istanbul (visit to Aras Kargo)
  • Closing event

What matters to us:  

  • Completed bachelor, master or diploma studies
  • First professional experience in relevant field
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Proficiency in German
