Your parcel is waiting for you in the comfort of your home

Will you not be home when your parcels are scheduled for delivery but still want them to be safely delivered to your home? Then our new delivery service for maximum convenience is just what you need: choose in-home delivery to have your items delivered straight into your flat or into your house. 

We have teamed up with our technology partner Nuki Home Solutions GmbH to launch the secure drop-off solution as a standard service. Register now and we will be happy to inform you as soon as this practical service is available to you.

 
Easy steps Benefits
  1. Your delivery person will see that you have an agreement for in-home delivery with us. Thanks to AllesPost, items delivered by other shipping companies are also eligible for in-home delivery.
  2. The delivery person will ring your doorbell. If you are not home to receive the parcel, they can open the door to your flat or house using the electronic lock by Nuki. You will be the one to grant access permission.
  3. The delivery person will place your parcel(s) in your entry area and lock the door to your flat or house when leaving.

 

Eligibility criteria

  • You live in Austria.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are entitled to grant access to the desired delivery address.
  • You have an identity-verified Austrian Post account. For more information about identity verification, please click here.
  • The front door of your flat/house is compatible with the Nuki Smart Lock. Find out by doing the installation check now.
  • You are a household without any free-roaming pets or can you keep them away from the entry area during the delivery window. 
  • Access to your residential building is possible for our delivery staff even when you are not home.
  • You have WLAN to connect the Smart Lock with the internet.

Have parcels collected from the comfort of your home

As a user of our in-home delivery service, you can now have your parcels picked up from the entry area to your flat or house with our collection service and "entry area" as your new preferred spot. Please place all parcels in the entry area so that our delivery staff know which items to collect.
