Receiving items made easy and straightforward with a PO box
Upon request, we will deliver all your items to your local postal branch. Get a PO box to pick up your mail at your leisure. This service is straightforward, easy, and safe.
- Click on Order PO box or visit your local Österreichische Post service location to set up a PO box.
- Select if you would like to receive letters or parcels at your PO box. For letters, you can choose from our two PO box rates "Private" (items addressed to your PO box) and "Private plus" (items addressed to your PO box or your address).
- Enter how long you would like to use your PO box.
- Select the Österreichische Post service location where you would like to set up your PO box.
- Indicate if you would like to retrieve your items from your PO box with a key or if you would like to pick them up at the counter.
