You are not at home during the day but still want to receive your items without any problems? Then simply set this up in your Post Account under Delivery options. Here you have the option of permanently redirecting your parcels or having your items delivered to your preferred location. Set it up once in your Post Account and you'll always be ready for delivery.

You decide when your parcels will be delivered to you. With AllesPost®, you can be sure that each and every parcel is delivered by Austrian Post even if it was shipped by another carrier.
Austrian Post now also offers collection service. Save yourself a trip to our service location and order this service to have your parcels picked up.
With the mobile version of your yellow notifications for parcels, you will receive an e-notification via e-mail or app on your smartphone in addition to the paper version placed in your postbox.
Upon request, we will deliver your parcels and items to a different address or to your vacation home.
Have the sender send your parcel to a pickup station or postal branch of your choice. We will let you know as soon as the parcel has reached its destination.

Set up an authorisation to receive mail for up to 5 persons you trust (e.g., roommates or co-workers). These persons will be able to receive all mail items addressed to you on your behalf.
