The Leadership Academy is a key component of our organisation's strategic orientation. With our mission statement and leadership skills model, we have established a strong foundation to support our leaders in implementing our leadership guidelines in their daily management activities, ensuring value-driven leadership. Our offerings are strategically linked to our leadership guidelines and contribute to the continuous development of our leadership skills.

We regularly adapt our content and offerings to the changing conditions and requirements. Invitations to the Leadership Academy are personally sent to our executives and offer a wide range of tailored programmes for different target groups. Registration is not required to participate in our events.
