If you would like your business letter mail, packets or parcels forwarded to a different address, just use our redirection service. Letters and packets can be forwarded to addresses in Austria and abroad. Parcels and Post Express items can only be forwarded to domestic addresses.
Indicated rates include all statutory duties, especially VAT. Services exempt from VAT pursuant to Section 6 of the Austrian Turnover Tax Act exclude VAT.
This is a special offer by Österreichische Post AG for businesses that have several branches but would like to receive their incoming mail in one place. This service allows you to forward the business mail addressed to all locations to a single address. You will be able to manage your incoming mail from a central location and make your communication processes more efficient.

It takes 3 business days to set up a redirection.
The invoicing period is three months. Within these three months, you can choose a shorter period of time. It is up to you to decide how long you would like to use this service.
