Authorisation to receive mail for business clients
You can designate up to 20 persons you trust to receive mail on your behalf. These persons will be able to receive all letters, packets, parcels, and express items addressed to the company or a legal person. The only exception are items labelled with "Do not deliver to persons authorised to receive mail" because these can be delivered to the addressee only.
How can I set up an authorisation to receive mail?
- Set up authorisation to receive mail at your local postal branch
Required documents:
- An official picture ID of the person authorised to sign
- Updated company register excerpt, excerpt from the association register or similiar document
